North End Carmel Amenities
Between native trees, unique topography and preserved greenspace, North End will become an escape from ‘city life’. Covering over 28 acres, North End Carmel includes many ‘quality of life’ amenities including a variety of housing typologies, a state-of-the-art amenity center, walking trails, community garden and a farm-to-table restaurant. North End embraces environmental considerations by incorporating pieces crafted from the site’s raw materials and landscaping with natives.
Other amenities will include a pool is planned to be open by Summer of 2024 and a fitness center by early fall of 2023.
